Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a new PSA workstream, bringing structure, organization, and strong project leadership to ensure deliverables stay on track. This remote EST role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear progress visibility.

Rate is $60-$70 per hour; you will manage plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional PM experience in creative/agency environments.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or workstreams.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional creative, marketing, or production teams is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or comparable platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for a new PSA workstream from kickoff through completion.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate updates, and maintain clear documentation.
• Manage competing priorities while keeping projects organized and moving forward.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Provide regular status updates and project visibility to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Help establish effective processes and workflows for the new workstream.
