Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Physician or provider recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex recruitment processes and candidate relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician recruitment across assigned region.
• Partner with facility leadership, medical directors, and stakeholders to set priorities.
• Generate physician leads through referrals, networking, and sourcing.
• Manage candidates from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and communications among candidates and leadership.
• Guide candidates through hiring and contracting processes.
• Ensure documentation, references, and onboarding compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting analytics.
• Prepare regional recruiting reports and presentations.
• Monitor staffing trends and competitive activity.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support process improvements.
