Job summary

Rula is seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to architect the next phase of provider growth. You will report to the VP of Clinical Operations and drive plans with C-suite partners to expand care capacity.

Starting as an individual contributor, you will build scalable systems, align cross-functional GTM teams, and later mentor a dedicated team as new growth priorities emerge. This remote-first role focuses on US providers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, or GTM with supply-side growth in marketplace businesses.
• Ownership of growth funnel elements from acquisition to retention; B2SMB marketing/sales familiarity.
• Mastery in financial modeling and unit economics, owning enterprise growth models or P&L outcomes.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven track record building and scaling Strategy & Ops or GTM teams.
• SQL proficiency with metrics definition and funnel analysis for executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Set overarching strategy, build growth models, and design a scalable operating system.
