Job summary

Rula seeks a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to guide growth in its healthcare services marketplace. You will partner with Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and drive strategic decisions using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.

You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback, and cohorts.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs and drive accountability.
• Proven ability to inform growth or GTM strategies through quantitative analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with granular financial modeling (SQL/BI).
• Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses.
• Background in a high-growth or scaling company.
• Experience with Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting is a plus.
• Collaboration with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Analytics teams is valued.
