Job summary

Rula, a remote-first mental health care company, is seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to shape provider growth. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations, you will spearhead planning and execution for a key growth initiative, coordinating with C-suite leaders to expand care capacity.

Starting as an individual contributor, you will design growth models, build scalable systems, and later mentor a team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, or GTM leadership with supply-side growth in marketplaces.
• Ownership of acquisition through activation and retention in a growth funnel; B2SMB exp.
• Strong financial modeling, unit economics (LTV/CAC), and enterprise growth modeling.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams to hit ambitious goals without direct authority.
• Experience building, coaching, and scaling Strategy & Ops or GTM teams.
• SQL proficiency with funnel metrics and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for provider growth initiatives across the company.
• Architect strategy, growth models, and a scalable operating system.
• Ensure cross-functional GTM teams are aligned and resourced to succeed.
• Start as a strategic IC and build a dedicated team as priorities evolve.
