Rula, a remote-first health care company, seeks a senior strategy and operations leader to architect provider growth and scale cross-functional go-to-market efforts. You will report to the VP of Clinical Operations and drive strategic initiatives that expand care delivery capacity.

You will set the overarching strategy, build growth models, and design an operating system to align teams and resources. This role starts as a strategic IC, with potential to build and mentor a team.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive strategy, operations, or GTM leadership experience.
• Experience driving supply-side growth in hyperscale marketplaces.
• Ownership of supply-side funnel elements: acquisition, activation, retention; knowledge of B2SMB marketing/sales.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Experience building, coaching, and scaling Strategy & Ops or GTM teams.
• Proficiency in defining new metrics, funnel analysis, and turning data into executive narratives.
