Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience in negotiating complex contracts and fee schedules.
• Experience with large institutional providers and value-based concepts understanding and support.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex negotiations and drafts contract terms and fee schedules.
• Mentors and trains contracting staff; collaborates across the business unit.
