Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Provider Network Management Director to lead contracting efforts for Nevada and surrounding regions. The role combines in-office collaboration with flexible, hybrid work and requires working PST hours.

You will negotiate complex contracts with large health systems, manage provider relations, and drive value-based initiatives. Occasional travel and leadership of cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree and 8+ years in contracting and provider relations.
• Experience negotiating contracts with large health systems.
• Experience with value-based, shared-savings and ACO development.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate resources and key projects in network planning.
• Negotiate and finalize complex provider contracts.
• Serve as SME for local contracting and enterprise initiatives.
• Develop Nevada provider network through contract negotiations.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
