Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of provider contracting and contract negotiation experience in healthcare or managed care.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex provider contracts with hospital, physician, ancillary, and LTSS providers.
• Lead quality performance monitoring and data submission coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and network adequacy standards.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Quality, Finance, and Credentialing to finalize agreements.
• Serve as a senior liaison between Community Health Choice and providers.
