Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Director of Provider Network Management to lead Nevada provider network development through contract negotiations and strategic relationship building with large health systems and affiliated providers. Primary focus is contract terms and value-based initiatives, driving complex negotiations and enterprise initiatives.

The role requires leadership of associate resources, collaboration across business units, and occasional travel to worksites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with at least 8 years of experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider servicing.
• Experience in value-based contracting, shared savings, and ACO development preferred.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts with large health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate resources and high-impact projects within network management.
• Serve as SME for local contracting efforts and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead large-scale negotiations and contract term development.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to field staff.
• Develop financial projections and conduct analysis.
• Travel to worksites and other locations as needed.
