Job summary

Claritev seeks a Sr Network Development Executive to identify and evaluate opportunities by negotiating optimal reimbursement rates and drafting contracts for network and non-network providers to support commercial and government products.

The role drives patient access to quality, cost-effective providers, works with management on regional strategies, and may travel overnight to meet providers across regions while aligning with HIPAA-compliant policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in network development.
• Minimum 5 years of provider contracting and network development experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance and reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting priorities for the assigned territory to support network contracting initiatives.
• Negotiate provider contracts to meet penetration and discount objectives.
• Maintain relationships with large providers and respond to escalations.
• Prepare analyses and reports on market trends and performance.
• Travel as needed to meet providers in assigned regions.
