Job summary

Claritev seeks a Sr Network Development Executive to identify and negotiate opportunities for network-based solutions, drafting contracts to support commercial and government products and ensure patient access to quality, cost-effective providers. The role involves strategic regional execution, travel, and mentoring of junior staff.

You will work with management on aggressive regional strategies, analyze market trends, and monitor discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related or applicable field, or HS Diploma (or GED) and four (4) years of experience related to network development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in provider contracting and network development.

Responsibilities

• Identify contracting priorities for assigned territory to support provider contracting initiatives.
• Negotiate provider contracts to meet penetration and discount objectives.
• Foster and maintain relationships with large, complex providers.
• Respond to provider questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Audit and review provider relationships and documentation to resolve inquiries.
• Act as provider-specific expert on strategic business needs and market strategies.
• Maintain contracting production and quality standards aligned with regional goals.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations on information and trends.
• Monitor market competitiveness to develop growth strategies and assess marketability.
• Mentor less experienced provider contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on access requirements and guarantees.
• Conduct financial analyses with HCE to identify competitive reimbursement strategies.
• Coordinate across disciplines and departments.
• Communicate provider needs to process owners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA requirements.
