Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Network Development & Contracting to lead provider contracting, network development, and optimization initiatives across product lines. This role partners with executive leadership to drive strategic contracting solutions, regulatory compliance, and network growth.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in contracting or healthcare operations, and a track record of establishing new markets and implementing network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of contracting or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience establishing new markets including strategy development and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct the evaluation, review, negotiations and ongoing management of product-specific contracts and amendments.
• Develop strategy for developing new networks including plans to meet network access and unit cost objectives.
• Determine necessary resources to develop the network and assemble the appropriate team across all functions.
• Support new business launches in diverse markets considering market circumstances and resources.
• Lead the network development specialists during implementation and development stages; monitor performance and address gaps.
