Responsibilities

• Provides mentoring and on-the-job training for contracting staff.
• Works independently with high judgment and discretion.
• Leads projects impacting the business unit in collaboration with other areas or enterprise programs.
• Collaborates with the sales team to present to employer groups.
• Acts as the communication link between professional providers and Elevance Health.
