AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Senior Provider Contract Negotiator to develop and manage a high-performing provider network, negotiating and maintaining contracts across PCP, specialists, and facilities. You will ensure regulatory alignment and support strategic growth in managed care.

The role involves mentoring staff, strengthening provider relationships, and driving new partnerships while collaborating with internal teams to meet financial and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of provider contracting experience or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare Advantage or Commercial provider networks required.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and provider databases.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, maintain contracts and relationships with providers and hospitals.
• Oversee complex contracts (PCP, specialists, ancillary) ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to expand the provider network and strategic growth in managed care.
• Mentor junior staff and drive partnerships with new and existing providers.
