Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider servicing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and negotiates provider contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with large institutional providers and medical groups.
• Mentors contracting staff and may lead enterprise network management projects.
• Collaborates with sales to present contracts to employer groups.
• Ensures network composition includes appropriate provider specialties.
• Drafts complex documents and negotiates non-standard arrangements.
