AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Senior Director, Provider Management, to assess provider network needs and develop improvement strategies across cross-functional areas.

The role involves leading provider relations teams, negotiating contracts, and implementing operational initiatives to maintain high-performing networks. This position requires a BA/BS in Management or Health Care Administration, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years in managed care contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Health Care Administration, or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of managed care network management contracting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess provider network needs and develop improvement strategies.
• Proactively work with payors and regulatory agencies on implementation.
• Lead provider relations teams and manage high-profile contract negotiations.
• Oversee interdepartmental projects to gain operational efficiencies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided.
