Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience in provider contracting, contract interpretation, negotiation, or client relations; or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or Commercial provider networks.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and provider databases.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies (fee-for-service, capitation, value-based models).
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements (CMS, DHCS, DMHC, NCQA) related to provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, maintain contracts and relationships with providers (PCP, specialists, ancillary, hospitals).
• Lead initiatives to expand the provider network and support managed care growth.
• Mentor junior staff and drive partnerships while collaborating with existing providers and clients.
