Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Provider Network Manager Senior to develop the provider network through contract negotiations, relationship development, and servicing. The role focuses on contracting and negotiating terms with complex providers and may involve non-standard fee schedules.

This position supports a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration 3-4 days per week and potential alternate locations within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience; or any combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for other contracting staff and provide mentoring and on-the-job training and development.
• Work independently and requires high level of judgment and discretion.
• May collaborate with sales team in making presentations to employer groups.
• Serve as a communication link between professional providers and the company.
• Conduct more complex negotiations and drafts documents.
• Prepare financial projections and conduct analysis.
