Job summary

PwC is seeking a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant (Senior Manager) to lead clinical modernization initiatives for healthcare providers. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, translate Epic capabilities into workflow changes, and advise on operating models to improve care delivery and reimbursement outcomes.

You will oversee large projects from planning to execution, monitor performance, and drive change management while delivering senior client updates and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations modernization for healthcare providers, aligning workflow redesign with patient access, utilization, capacity, and service line priorities.
• Advise on operating model design, service delivery models, and process improvement to support care quality and reimbursement goals.
• Translate Epic system capabilities into practical workflow changes across clinical and operational teams.
• Guide large project workstreams from planning through execution, balancing scope, timing, risks and resources.
• Analyze business performance metrics to identify breakdowns and shape improvement actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder input to resolve complex operational issues and advance transformation initiatives.
• Apply change management methods to support adoption of new processes, tools, and clinical tech enhancements.
• Develop client presentations, executive updates, and workshop materials communicating priorities and next steps.
• Coach team members through problem solving, delivery planning, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor delivery quality, activity progress and implementation outcomes across clinical operations and tech initiatives.
