Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or two years of technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years of prototype assembly/inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect prototype parts against drawings and BOMs before assembly.
• Assemble components using prints, work instructions, and direction from supervision.
• Perform fit-up, alignment, fastening, and other manual assembly operations.
• Operate shop equipment (drill presses, riveters, tacks) to build prototype parts.
• Document results and maintain traceability and inventory records.
