Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, evaluates, implements and documents electrical requirements of assets.
• Develops electrical projects to improve machine safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assists maintenance with electrical problems to keep production machines running at capacity.
• Debugs and finalizes software programs; reviews for completeness and acceptability.
• Ensures equipment compliance with local, state, and national codes and BorgWarner specs.
• Develops and maintains electrical design standards for new builds and rebuilds.
• Conceives and reviews designs to meet current and future machine requirements.
