Job summary

Eurofins Scientific seeks a proteomics scientist to support the MS-based proteomics group in the Exploratory Biomarkers team. You will help develop proteomic workflows, apply automated sample prep, and increase throughput across diverse sample types.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysis, and maintaining lab instruments. Strong background in proteomics and biochemistry is required.

Qualifications

• MS and 3+ years or BS with 5+ years lab experience in biochemistry, proteomics, analytical chemistry, or related field, or PhD with 0-1 years postgrad experience.
• Hands-on proteomics experience, minimum 1 year.
• Able to learn new systems, detail oriented, and independent data analysis.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to innovative therapeutic platforms using proteomic technologies for disease profiling.
• Generate proteomic datasets for profiling and mechanism studies.
• Assist in instrument troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators on projects.
