Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years hands-on laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute complex experiments.
• Analyze data and prepare concise presentations with recommendations.
• Serve as subject matter expert and guide team members.
• Coordinate and manage junior team members’ work.
• Lead lab maintenance and manage reagent inventories.
• Monitor infrastructure in a lab or functional area as needed.
• Duties may vary by departmental requirements.
