• Minimum twelve years of hands-on laboratory work experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes complex experiments independently.
• Analyzes data with spreadsheets and graphs; presents findings and recommendations.
• Acts as SME and guides team on experiments and procedures.
• Coordinates and manages junior team members.
• Leads lab maintenance, inventory, and reagent management.
• May monitor a lab infrastructure or functional area.
• Duties vary by departmental needs.
