Meso Scale Diagnostics in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a senior scientist to lead and execute research and product development projects across disciplines in clinical and life sciences. You will design experiments, supervise interdisciplinary teams, analyze data, and communicate findings to stakeholders and clients.

The role requires managing resources, maintaining notebooks, and ensuring safety and compliance while advancing product development and discovery goals.

Formación

• PhD or terminal degree in a life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• Postdoctoral or industry experience preferred.
• Master’s degree considered if supported by research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years hands-on MSD experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, designs, and executes experiments to support research and product development.
• Leads technical teams and coordinates work of others.
• Prepares procedures, notebooks, and batch/test records for development.
• Analyzes data, performs statistics, and presents findings.
