Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking a Scientist III in Worcester, MA for a 06+ month role focused on advanced protein analytics and purification. You will perform HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, and analytical method development to support biologics characterization, PTM analysis, and data documentation.

The position requires hands-on experience with chromatographic separation, protein mass spectrometry, and cross-functional collaboration within a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience
Experience in protein/biologic analytical development
Proficiency with chromatography-based separation and LC-MS analysis

Responsibilities

Perform protein separation and fractionation using chromatography systems
Characterize protein variants and analyze fractions
Perform LC-MS including intact/reduced protein mass analysis and peptide mapping
Support PTM identification and sequence verification
Document experiments and results in ELN
Maintain and troubleshoot HPLC/UPLC/KTA systems
