The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Senior Protection Project Officer to oversee administrative and operational support for Protection and Empowerment programming. Based in Mae Sot with travel across Tak, Mae Hong Son, Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi as required, the position requires strong documentation, procurement, and coordination skills, plus

• A diploma or university degree in logistics, business administration, accounting, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of five years in a development organization, administration, or related field.
• Proficient in documentation management and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel frequently to field locations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Protection and Empowerment Program in planning, coordination and implementation of program activities.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project filing and documentation system for internal and donor compliance.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including purchase requests, tracking approvals, and procurement of supplies.
• Develop and regularly update the project procurement plan and manage travel arrangements for staff and participants.
• Serve as liaison between Protection and Empowerment team and Operations to address administrative matters.
• Organize logistic support for trainings, workshops, meetings, and events.
• Monitor and track program and office expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets and policies.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with teams to maintain timelines.
