Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience designing, leading, and implementing programs, including 7+ years in GBV/WPE.
• Strong leadership and management abilities with experience building and sustaining high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of IRC's WPE practice and strategy.
• Oversee global business development and funding architectures for WPE.
• Provide technical oversight of WPE standards, methodologies, and tools.
