Job summary

International Rescue Committee seeks a Senior Grants and Partnerships Coordinator to manage country program grants, support proposal development, and oversee sub-grants with Thai partners. Qualifications

• Degree in development, social sciences or equivalent.
• Strong diplomacy and communication skills.
• Experience with donor regulations and grants management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development in collaboration with DDP, sector leads, and finance.
• Provide guidance on USG, DFAT, EU, FCDO, SIDA, ECHO grants and compliance.
• Coordinate regular project cycle meetings and funding reporting to donors.
• Supervise grants and partnerships staff and ensure timely sub-granting and partnership processes.
