This role involves developing strategic growth initiatives in the prosthetics and orthotics market, ensuring optimal patient care through establishing strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5–10 years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for creating a comprehensive growth plan and leading initiatives to enhance brand recognition and service adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the prosthetics and orthotics field or related healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel for patient care and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic planning for the assigned market.
• Create a growth plan with specific measurable actions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Engage in community outreach and industry events.
• Provide advanced education and support to patients.
• Build brand awareness for Ottobock.care’s services.
• Lead the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Mentor junior clinical liaisons when necessary.
