Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in prospect development.
• Experience translating data and research into fundraising strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of a comprehensive prospect development program, integrating identification, research and management.
• Lead portfolio management and move management to ensure donor pipeline integrity.
• Develop SOPs for prospect development to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Produce executive briefings for leadership and senior staff on donor strategy and engagement.
