Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of donor databases and digital giving software (Salesforce, Donate2, SFMC, Traction Rec).
• Familiarity with CRM, social media and direct mail strategies is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Friends of 92NY membership benefit fulfillment and support concierge ticketing.
• Produce constituent lists and respond to data requests to support fundraising.
• Support ticketing and donor recognition activities across channels (website, email, print).
