Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with focus on prospect management and research.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the Prospect Development team.
• Oversee budget, tooling, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure data-informed decision making across the enterprise.
• Lead talent development and performance expectations across the team.
• Coordinate with leadership to move prospects through the fundraising cycle.
