Job summary

Providence Strategic And Management Services is seeking a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst to support fundraising through database management, reporting, analytics and prospect management. Hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with development officers will drive portfolio reviews, moves management and strategy.

You will help build a robust prospect pipeline and ensure CRM plans and activities stay current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists; analyze fundraising and constituent data.
• Support data quality and CRM improvements; translate business needs into database solutions.
• Establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review with officers.
• Identify prospects through database analysis and facilitate assignment to appropriate prospect teams.
