Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Prospect and Systems Management Analyst – Hybrid to support fundraising efforts and build optimized prospect portfolios. You will partner with philanthropy officers to analyze moves and strengthen portfolio performance while conducting prospect research to inform cultivation strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Journalism, or Public Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years in a fundraising environment, preferably in a prospect management or research role.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support fundraising efforts by partnering with philanthropy officers to build and manage prospect portfolios and pipelines.
Track prospect activity through moves management and provide analysis to strengthen portfolio performance.
Conduct prospect research to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies using demographic, philanthropic, and engagement data.
