Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst to support fundraising through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management. The role creates queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists, analyzes data, and improves CRM while aligning plans, opportunities, and activities with the fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists.
• Analyze fundraising and constituent data to drive decisions.
• Support data quality and CRM improvements.
• Translate business needs into effective database solutions.
• Establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy reviews.
• Identify prospects and facilitate assignment to appropriate prospect teams.
