Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Specialist ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, with deep expertise in Supply Chain & Manufacturing. You will advise senior executives on AI-driven transformations spanning manufacturing to supply chain, including IIoT, data foundations, digital twins, and agentic supply chain planning.

You will collaborate across ProServe HCLS and external Partners to design fit-for-purpose solutions and GTM programs,

Qualifications

8+ years in cloud architecture and solution implementation.
7+ years solving complex business problems with technology in Healthcare/Life Sciences or Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
7+ years working with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, IoT/IIoT, edge computing.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related quantitative field.
7+ years of experience driving professional services business development or pre‑sales for manufacturing data platforms or AI/ML in pharma/biotech/life sciences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the practice’s specialist in SC&MFG and design architectures across manufacturing and supply chain.
Develop GTM strategies, offerings, and accelerators for SC&MFG.
Counsel HCLS executives on AI-driven transformation spanning shop floor to distribution.
Collaborate with teams to innovate AWS solutions and demos for SC&MFG needs.
Design complex, scalable AWS architectures for manufacturing and supply chain.
Lead large opportunities from ideation to sales closure and delivery.
Advise on industry trends in SC&MFG AI, data architectures, and regulatory compliance.
Lead high-potential SC&MFG opportunities across Life Sciences accounts.
