• Bachelor in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years if no degree.
• Experience in development of solid propulsion systems.
• Eligibility for DoD security clearance; US citizenship required.

• Apply advanced technologies to propulsion and interfaces for missile systems and space vehicles.
• Collaborate across development and production programs with Raytheon product lines.
• Review manufacturing processes and work with subcontractors on solid rocket motor propulsion systems.
