Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of propulsion-related experience.
• Experience leading early-phase product or customer-facing engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead early phase propulsion programs and define scope, cost, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Definition, Marketing, Sales and leadership to align technology with business needs.
• Engage with customers and influence product roadmaps to maintain Honeywell’s competitive position.
• Serve as the primary Engineering interface with OEMs and lead technical discussions and proposals.
