Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional proposal teams on complex, high-value bids.
• APMP/PMP certification and/or MBA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, submission, and review of high-value bids (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs).
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and product teams to produce timely, compliant responses.
• Develop win strategies and themes to differentiate Neptune in competitive pursuits.
• Own proposal lifecycle from receipt to final delivery, ensuring quality and version control.
