Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in estimating or related field.
• Proven project management experience and budget planning.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and mentor teammates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, preparation, and submittal of quotes to review team.
• Integrate input, edit, and proofread final bids for accuracy.
• Serve on bid review team to set strategy and guidelines.
• Communicate with customers and internal staff during bids.
• Provide labor and material budgets upon award.
• Adhere to team member requirements and complete assignments.
