Qualifications

• Degree plus six years of related experience, or ten years with no degree.
• Effective communication with varied audiences including management, coworkers, clients and vendors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete tasks.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state and federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and control the development of proposals, qualifications and multimedia marketing collateral.
• Set production schedules, track resources and deadlines, and manage special project requirements.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and sales to reflect client needs in proposals.
• Lead kickoff meetings, proposal reviews and planning sessions.
• Organize input from authors and ensure formatting consistency and standards.
• Provide editorial, coordination and management services for readable documents and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
