Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a seasoned Proposal Specialist to support the development and production of client proposals, qualifications, and marketing collateral. You will coordinate writing, editing, formatting, graphics, and desktop publishing to support Fluor’s business lines and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff meetings, ensuring format consistency, and delivering clear, readable qualifications documents and presentations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent and six years of related experience (or 10 years with no degree).
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the job.
• Ability to learn local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control development of proposals and client presentations.
• Set production schedules and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and sales to reflect client needs.
• Lead kickoff and planning meetings for proposals.
• Ensure consistent formatting and high-quality editorial output.
• Provide editorial, coordination, and management services for documents.
