Job summary

Abbott Construction is seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to help bring projects and people to life through compelling proposals and marketing materials. Excellence is part of our DNA, and we are looking for a candidate who will contribute to high-quality design and content in proposals.

The role will lead pursuit teams, coordinate all aspects of proposals, develop content, and support marketing deliverables with consistent messaging and timely production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of proposal and presentation planning and coordination, layout, and editing.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities; experience coaching others in interviews/presentations.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pursuit teams to advance our positioning and deliver proposals.
• Contribute to content development for proposals and collateral under direction.
• Coordinate development of non-proposal materials such as brochures and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage proposal breakdown and updates to Cosential; share new content across boilerplate libraries.
