Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead complex proposals and strategic submissions across North America. You will guide capture planning, coordinate with project managers and SMEs, and drive compliant, compelling responses to RFPs/RFQs and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience developing strategic submissions in AEC.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, editing and proofreading.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with technical staff and management; collaborative mindset.
• Excellent time and project management; attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals and presentations to win North American projects.
• Drive capture planning and coordination of compliant responses.
• Collaborate with PMs and SMEs on win strategies and value propositions.
• Coordinate with technical staff on strategic proposal responses.
• Lead proposal meetings, reviews, and layout/design quality checks.
• Develop RFI responses and manage teaming partner inputs.
