Job summary

Quanticate is seeking an experienced Senior Proposals Manager to lead our proposals function, partnering with Global Business Development, operations and finance to deliver compliant, competitive bids and budgets in a fast-paced life sciences CRO environment.

You will own the opportunity management, pricing strategies and process improvements, working with senior stakeholders to drive top-line growth and ensure high-quality client responses across global markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience preparing full-service clinical proposals within a CRO environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage complex proposals and budgets.
• Experience with pricing models and client bid grids.
• Background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality budgets and proposals to support global business development.
• Review study budgets, proposals, RFIs, and client responses prior to submission.
• Define bidding strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders and function heads.
• Lead the Proposals team, setting standards and providing training.
• Maintain sales and finance tracking tools for accurate pipeline reporting.
• Own the opportunity management system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Support training on new procedures and process compliance.
