Qualifications

• Proven success leading proposals over $100M.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proposal plans, including analyzing RFPs, outlines and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate to craft winning proposal strategies and messaging.
• Write compliant, high-quality proposals addressing RFP requirements.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate with engineering, finance and legal.
