Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to support business development activities in the United States. You will coordinate capture and proposal efforts, collaborate with client teams, and write compelling statements of qualifications and RFIs.

The role requires extensive experience with DOD/federal RFQ/RFP processes, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment. Location includes Jacksonville, FL, and New Cumberland, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English/Communications/Journalism/Marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience writing proposals for DOD/federal government RFQ/RFPs in architecture/engineering/environmental services.
• Experience in strategic proposal management and production in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and coaching teams in a proposal context.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Business Development with resource planning and prioritization of capture workload.
• Organize data, develop presentations, and craft statements of qualifications, RFIs, and proposals.
• Lead and collaborate with capture leads, pursuit managers, and marketing specialists to ensure consistency of messaging.
