Job summary

Aecon in Kent, WA seeks a Sr. Proposal Manager to lead the writing and submission of RFQs, RFPs, EOIs and Market Soundings for major civil infrastructure projects in Western Canada and the Western United States.

The role focuses on deadline-driven writing, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and guiding a proposal team through calendars, templates, resumes and project sheets. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, business or related field.
• Proven ability to lead large and complex civil infrastructure proposals.
• Experience guiding proposals with large joint venture teams.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Aecon’s formal submissions in response to RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and Market Soundings.
• Lead large proposals with multiple external joint venture partners.
• Oversee proposal support staff and coordinate content delivery.
